Product Review: Warby Parker Glasses
Earlier this summer I got some new prescription glasses and sunglasses. Previously, I had purchased glasses from my eye care doctor. This time I decided to try a new place and went to Warby Parker. I had seen their stores before, but I had never been in one.
From the moment I walked in the store with my dad the sales people were super nice, and helpful. They showed us all the different styles, and sizes they offer. I was surprised by the affordability of the glasses, starting at $95. I was also was surprised that within a style Warby Parker had different width sizes ranging from narrow to wide. The reason I was so excited to see the different width sizes is because I have a very narrow face and it can be super difficult to find glasses that fit properly. Most of the time I fit better into kids glasses than I do adult ones. I tried on many pairs of glasses, all in the narrow size, and I decided to purchase the Coley glasses in crystal.. (link to them below).
The next order of business was to find a pair of sunglasses. I quickly found a pair I really liked from the Haskell limited edition collection. I got the green sunglasses, but there are many other colors in the collection. (link to them below)
Since they are prescription glasses I could not just walk out of the store with them, I had to order them. Once I ordered the glasses they arrived to my house in 7 business days. Once both pairs of glasses arrived at my house I brought them to the store and got them adjusted to fit my face properly. Once again the employees were accommodating and quickly got my glasses fitted to my face.
Before purchasing these glasses I pretty much only wore contacts because I did not really like my glasses. After purchasing these glasses I wear them all the time. Not only because they are super cute and fashionable, but also because they are comfortable, and easy to wear with most outfits. I totally recommend looking into Warby Parker glasses if you are in the market for new glasses or sunglasses. I also suggest instead of purchasing them online you go into a store to insure that they fit your face the way you want them too.
